This collection of datasets contains information including address, parcel number, permit date, permit type, applicant company, project cost, and permit status for all the residential construction permits issued by the City of Champaign, the City of Urbana, and the Village of Savoy since 2015. Data for the City of Champaign is retrieved from the City of Champaign Online Permits Web Site (http://etrakit.ci.champaign.il.us/etrakit/). Data for the City of Urbana is retrieved from the the City of Urbana Open Data Portal (https://data.urbanaillinois.us/Buildings/building-permits-after-2005/57ak-iqnn). Data for the Village of Savoy is obtained from Village Clerk Office.
