Goal: Improve safety in the Champaign-Urbana Urban Area   Objective: Reduce the five-year rolling average of number of pedestrian fatalities by 5 percent annually (from 2 to 1) by 2025 based on 2017 in the Champaign-Urbana urban area.   Performance Measure: Total number of pedestrian fatalities in the Champaign-Urbana urban area   Data Sources: IDOT crash database
