Objective: Reduce the five-year rolling average of number of fatalities at intersections by 5 percent annually (from 4 to 3) by 2025 based on 2017 in the Champaign-Urbana urban area.
Performance Measure: Total number of intersection fatalities in the Champaign-Urbana urban area
Data Sources: IDOT crash database
In this analysis, intersection crashes are defined as crashes that took place within a 100-foot radius of an intersection that lies inside the Champaign-Urbana urban area boundary.
